Here we are, the conclusion of the event and the renown awards!

There may be a few other goodies for some PCs, and a few other details to be worked out. Still, Event 1 done!

I found out what kharad got in his chest. I'm happy. 

And the sum of 95 renown isn't bad either.

Holy Moly, that Klaus is getting a lot of prestige after he receives the ransom..

Renown's looking good, and ya depending on how much Klaus gets for ransoms, he might be swimming in renown very soon haha.

Ransoms:

5 renown per PC, 3 per knight, 2 per other troop, and 1 per retainer.

I don't know Klaus' official count of hostages, so...


As for other stuff: Some PCs may be gaining traits. Each Order will get a 'debriefing' with their Supporter, Grandmaster, or other official. Post your return in one of your private boards to begin that. We're going to try to keep those scenes limited, at least initially, so keep that in mind before you begin a coup or some such! Next up, which may be done simultaneously as the debriefing, everyone gets to 'take an action.' Basically, pretend it's a more gamey RPG and pick what your PC and their retinue will do. It's a chance to earn some renown, a trait, or potentially shake some other things up. More on that later.

That serves as filler while we finish prepping for Event 2.

What do we do with Soin(The glove who was captured by Griffon knights) on one hand, he was hostage, on the other Griffons didn't mention they left someone to guard him or dragged him with them( i think so anyway, please correct me if i am wrong here), so he could have just been left alone,forgotten.

If every Dragon survived, that would be 49 renown extra for Klaus.

Now where to find the number of deceased Dragons?

Btw, did i suceed in befriending the Duchess' son during the escort mission to Sarleon?

I'll take Sigwald's word for it... as far as I know we got all the dragons out safe and more or less sound.

Methodius - afraid not, sorry. It was actually Gilaver that we were carrying, dressed up as Arrin to throw assassins off the scent. I'm sure you made friends with our resident dour griffon commander though

Did the Dragons not lose anyone to death?

Obviously Klaus was the renown winner of this event. Blame everyone else! You could have left him to his fate at the Duke's Wharf rather than rushing there to make it the grand battle.

At least three: 2 from Aelos and 1 from Alattin. You should probably double-check, though...

I know that at least two died (Wulven and Hodor).. I thought one or two more died due to being too badly wounded.

Are those knights or retainers? Or better question: How many troops did the Dragons have alive in the end?


@Rivatha: Since it seems to have been an oversight and no one really knows, your Adventurer wasn't taken captive but escaped.

meh, Dragons were all knights, (Dragons, not Drakes..get it?)

alive in the end is the vague part.. it wasn't really specified except for a few guys dying somewhere in the 'they-get-massacred' posts. Well, Wulven's death was clear.

I thought Laisha rolled whether or not the wounded died when they got captured, but I can't find it with my third eye.

If memory serves he was locked up at Jorm's camp. He did somewhat get forgotten after that though.

And if it wasn't clear, next scenario is Torbah, in case you want to pack accordingly. Wait for instructions from your grandmasters or equivalent.

I know one of my men died, but the rest are wounded except for three..... so are they all alive or did some die from the wounds

So i've gone through the thread as best I can, and have found the following;

Under Thane Alatin:
3 Knights of the Dragon surrendered

So, does that mean Klaus got away with 4 dragons? What about Alm and Aelos? Were there other wounded dragons that would have been taken too?

As far as I can tell, the dragons started out with;

Aelos : 5 knights + Aelos. 1 Death.
Alatin : 5 knights + Alatin. 0 Deaths.

So does that mean we actually came away with 11 prisoners?
