You ever tried being patient on 2- hours sleep a night lol? It's more difficult then it sounds. Painful as well.

And you'll have to learn more about the warlord and the horde yourselves. "Charismatic warlord is preparing to invade Pendor" is all you go in with.

Also, of course whether or not you meet the warlord will be determined by rolls. But if you want to actually have a good chance of succeeding, the you will have to lay some groundwork.

Yes and no, in that order. So if you took the arrows along, your troops might be a little heavy laden.
