Start laughing, he was just hit by a Keen Jatu Sabre.

Ser Varys' action had a very very bad roll, and Zulkar's counter topped the dice.

EDIT: I'm keeping Zulkar's stats a secret, but he does have a keen Jatu sabre as weapon, so with every hit -2 WP
