- Seamen granted first ship at 50% renown.
- All characters get 3 free traits at creation.
- Adventurers get additional 2 free traits (5 traits total) OR an exceptional item.
- Merchants gain Wealthy trait instead of "Naturally Wealthy".
- Finesse gain +1 Skill with Swords or Daggers (but not when dual wielding).
- Craftsmen split into Journeyman and Master Craftsmen.
- Journeymen can ID items and make them.
- Master can improve existing items.
- Assigned Hardy (3WP) / Skilful (2WP, 1Skill) / Speedy Orders (2WP, 1Speed) (Dragons, Gauntlets, Legion / Griffons, Radiant Cross, Eventide, Dawn / Clarion Call, Silvermists). These
- Added Sharpshooter (Extended range for Bows and Crossbows.)
- Scout and Ranger starting traits modified.
- Horse Archer trait added.

- Updated with new Weapon and Armour Rules
- Added Order bonus to the Top Tier (Knightly) units.
- Barclay Conquistadores armed with Barclay Medium instead of Heavy.
- Stats added for all units.
- Renamed Forlorn Hope to Mettenheim Greatswords (there is no reason Pendor Orders should be hiring members of the Mettenheim premier Order).
- Griffon Greatswords added (they do not receive the Skilful bonus - their Mettenheim gear is decent replacement).
- Removed Eventide sword (they just use the mace and shield now)
- Note; WP base is 1 for all NPCs... this is to make the PC characters slightly "better". Many games do this to give the player a sense of heroic ability without overpowering them.
